One of the most important changes is the comeback of the Unstoppable Death spell, which gives the blood tanks more mobility. The class designers only tweaked the strength of some abilities, somewhat weakened the general tank threat, and added several effects of the Legendarys and artifact weapon from WoW: Legion to the Blood Death Knight's talent tree. Overall, little has changed for the blood specialization in Battle for Azeroth.
